We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. We are looking for highly ambitious engineers with a passion for driving customer success at the highest levels. This is not a typical engineering role; it's a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of groundbreaking technology and critical customer impact. You will be entrusted to own the outcome of our most strategic customer engagements, leading the charge on high-stakes initiatives that directly accelerate the industry's adoption of safe, software-centric, AI-driven machines globally. Own the mission:
Own end-to-end leadership for Applied's strategic partnerships with global automotive OEMs. Drive impact:
Lead cross-functional teams, plan resources, and manage budgets to achieve successful business and technical outcomes. Architect solutions:
Deeply understand customer needs for autonomy and SDV. Solve their most complex challenges with our product and solutions. Be the technical expert:
Engage directly with customer engineers across domains. Define use-cases and craft solutions for autonomy and SDV. Forge relationships:
Cultivate executive-level connections, becoming a trusted customer advisor. We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
3+ years experience working with automotive, trucking, industrial OEMs or suppliers Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development domains Familiarity with large-scale software development Strong communication skills and focus on solving customer problems Nice to Have:
Fluency in Korean or Japanese Prior work in autonomous vehicle development domains Prior experience with technical BD Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on the jurisdiction of employment. The base salary range for this position is: $160,000 - $200,000 USD annually.
