In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and assistance to ensure a positive experience with our company. As a key member of our customer service department, you will develop strong communication skills and gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner. Document customer interactions and process feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle order processing and follow-up as required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills; familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
