Job Description

Responsible for enabling business outcomes for customers in complex and/or strategic accounts by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, balancing both the technology and business objectives of the IMS solutions and products within the Broadcom portfolio. Key goals include maximizing product adoption, improving customer success and maintaining renewal rates to ensure future growth opportunities. Activities Work closely with Broadcom sales teams to help identify and remove technical barriers needed to achieve API and/or Identity Security sales outcomes Demonstrate, differentiate and position product features, functions and best practices via customer interactions, demos, proof of concept (POC) and product health checks to influence customer renewal decisions Drive customer success by partnering with a number of internal and external organizations including technical support teams, product management teams, engineering teams, sales teams, partners and more Train Broadcom or partner technical teams on specific value propositions, competitive differentiation and best practices to help them position API Security and Identity and Access Management Solutions Learn and become a subject matter expert in one of more of these Broadcom Solutions: API - Layer7 API Gateway, Portal, OAuth Toolkit IAM - Symantec VIP, SiteMinder, PAM Required Skills and Qualifications Previous Solution Architect, Engineering, Systems Engineering or Professional Services consulting experience with enterprise solutions preferred Experience with one of or multiple above mentioned products or analog products from other vendors in same categories Experience working with Kubernetes and/or public cloud provider stacks such as Azure, AWS, GCP Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving Effective presentation and writing skills Additional Technical Skills Bachelor's + 12+ years of related experience required Working with REST and other API types Understanding of relevant standards such as Oauth and Open ID Connect, JWT, SAML Experience working with monitoring and observability solutions Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Understanding of security standards PKI, SSL, crypto Understanding of cyber security best practices, OWASP top-10 Additional Job Description Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $106,900 - $171,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
