Global Master Production Scheduler

Join our dynamic team to support the A350 value stream as global Master Production scheduler across various international sites. Act as the critical production scheduling liaison between different sites and functions, ensuring the accuracy of SAP-driven demand and supporting the implementation of SAP changes to meet production requirements. You will be instrumental in monitoring value stream performance against inventory goals and generating comprehensive monthly performance review decks. Be a part of a global and cross-functional team, driving business improvements through lean tools, identifying and eliminating redundant tasks to boost efficiency, and participating in bi-annual planning sessions to define and achieve strategic business goals. What You Will Do: Own the SAP demand as it flows from Airbus down to the lowest level of detail Maintain the Master Schedule and balance inventory and lean principles while maintaining On Time Delivery to Airbus Ensure alignment between SAP and reality on the production floor Continuously learn to become subject matter expert and resource for the company What You Will Learn: Cross functional SAP expertise across multiple countries, factories, and supply chain partners Continuous Improvement and Lean philosophy from a recognized leader in the industry Communication skills to various leadership levels at the organization Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field Qualifications We Prefer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Proficiency in interpreting and responding to MRP exception messages to resolve material shortages and surpluses. Experience in using lean tools and methodologies to drive process improvement and efficiency.
