Overview
1st Shift opening: 6am - 2pm $37.41/hour The CNC Repair associate is required to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment. Responsibilities
Ensures operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs equipment and control issues. Checks, analyzes, reconnects, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines. Disconnects motors, solenoids and performs minor electrical repairs on de-energized circuits and equipment. Rebuilds gear boxes and electrical motors. Qualifications
High school diploma and one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment Previous CNC experience required Will be required to pass the eligibility test provided by Snap-on Ability to read and interpret part diagrams Ability to use shop mathematics, work with fairly complicated drawings, and good troubleshooting ability Competencies: Demonstrated experience in electrical and/or electronic and mechanical maintenance including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps.
