We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of Grata's Business Development product and deal sourcing workflows. In this role, you will define, strategize, implement, and optimize workflows focused on the Business Development product, including Generative AI experiences and outreach workflows. As a Product Manager at Grata, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business. Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. At Grata, we will expect you to:

Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to achieve ambitious goals and track progress effectively Work across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap Prioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach to maximize impact and deliver customer value Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teams Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area, building credibility through ownership and results Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive alignment across the organization What we are looking for:

2+ years of product management experience Excellent written and verbal communication Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product Experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment; a track record of managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting Interested in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment [Bonus] Domain knowledge and experience with the private capital markets Benefits & Perks:

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.
