As a Project Team Coordinator in our Contents / Textile / Pack-Out Department, you'll manage the handling, inventory, cleaning, and restoration of personal property affected by disaster. You will lead a small team to carefully pack, document, transport, and restore items such as clothing, furniture, electronics, and sentimental belongings. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and takes pride in helping families recover what matters most. You will coordinate job flow, ensure high-quality documentation, support team training, and maintain clear communication with clients, insurance partners, and your supervisor. Above all, you will help provide comfort and clarity to people going through difficult times. Responsibilities:
Assist field teams during pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, and content returns Ensure accurate item logging using inventory software and photo documentation Communicate with customers in a professional, kind, and empathetic manner Oversee the safe handling, transport, and storage of personal property Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage units Support team training on best practices, safety, and customer service Coordinate with office staff and project managers to ensure smooth job execution Perform quality checks before returning items to ensure they meet restoration standards Ensure all paperwork, photos, and digital records are completed accurately and on time Assist with on-site textile and content cleaning when required Qualifications:
Prior experience in contents, textile cleaning, pack-out, or restoration is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example Clear communication and leadership skills Comfortable working with customers in emotionally sensitive situations Basic computer or mobile device proficiency (inventory apps, photo documentation, etc.) Ability to lift 50 lbs., work on your feet, and move items safely Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities If you take pride in helping others, enjoy working on hands-on projects with a team, and want to make a real difference after disaster strikes
