OneSource Virtual (OSV) Finance And Accounting Role

Founded in 2008, OSV is the leading exclusive provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday, delivering services with unparalleled choice, unwavering commitment, and uncompromising support. OneSource Virtual's global headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas, with additional locations across North America and Europe. The primary purpose of this position is to help the Finance and Accounting department become more efficient and effective by maximizing existing and underutilized Workday ERP system technology. In addition this position will be responsible for the enhancement of existing business processes or creating nonexistent processes that specifically relate to improving the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and other data used in financial reporting or assisting management with business decisions. Responsibilities
Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models and reports Analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; Assist with forecasting. Update and maintain detail commissions and helping with amortization. Development and presentation of monthly and quarterly forecasts and annual budget Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Assist cost analysis by providing trends, forecasts and operational metrics Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials. Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools. Competencies
Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models. Self starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow. Flexibility in moving between tasks and projects. Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required. Communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting in a cross-functional team environment. Qualifications
Education/Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree Required Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance, functional knowledge of financial systems and processes with experience re-engineering financial business processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, budgeting and planning Proven Ability to create and write Workday financial reports, including composite reporting Advanced MS Excel skills Preferred Commissions and working in Salesforce.com Proficient Salesforce.com reporting a plus You are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
