Caregiver (CNA/PCA) Opportunity

We're seeking kind, dedicated Caregivers (CNA/PCA) to join our mission of helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care that allows clients to age in place with dignity while building meaningful relationships along the way. Responsibilities:
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, linen changes, and ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. Bathing, grooming, and toileting Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders Provide compassionate support to clients with Alzheimer's and dementia, ensuring their safety and comfort Deliver dedicated assistance to bed-bound clients Provide assistance with meals Provide caring support to clients receiving hospice care Assist clients with low vision Provide palliative care support to clients Transportation for appointments and errands Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Possess a valid and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required) or Possess a valid and active Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification (required) or Possess a valid and active Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license (required) A minimum of 6 months of full-time experience OR A minimum of 12 months of part-time experience providing hands-on care to geriatric or chronically ill persons First Aid and CPR Certification Exceptional communication skills Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance Proof of current TB testing Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state), fingerprinting, and drug screening tests Benefits:
