As a physician in Colon & Rectal Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide full spectrum care for patients with colorectal cancer, pelvic floor disease, IBD and anal disease. This Position Includes

A competitive starting salary with a production incentive, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance You will have a combination clinic, OR, and Endo days while practicing at Avenues General Surgery in Salt Lake City, Utah with privileges at LDS Hospital and Intermountain Medical Center Call is 1:4 colorectal back-up How We'll Support You

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Residency training in Surgery; Fellowship trained in Colon & Rectal Surgery Board certification or eligibility in Colon & Rectal Surgery Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time About Us
