Sales Account Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Account Support Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sauget, IL (St. Louis Metro Area). The Sales Account Support Coordinator plays a key role in fostering strong, personable relationships with clients by delivering attentive, tailored support and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with our sales strategies and business goals. This role will report to the Aftermarket Sales Manager and will be responsible for driving reorders for established Telecom customers for replacement filters to support 5G, broadband, and fiber networks. This customer-facing role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth, effective sales process, while also supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the overall account relationship by providing personable service and support to assigned customer base. Closely manage reorder schedules and material lists. Nurture and develop responsibilities with key accounts as primary point of contact for reorders. Manage and drive reorders through analysis of order history, updating of quotes, proactive outreach, and sales closure. Manage SalesForce funnel of reorder opportunities and deliver to sales targets. Maintain up-to-date client information across key systems, including Scorecard, Executive List and Survey File. Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service support in quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, and trouble shooting other customer problems. Function as key liaison between UAF and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships. Manage customer facing quality process. Responsible for entry of quality concern cases (NMR process), participation in root cause/countermeasure implementation. Own and drive administrative tasks such as site label organization/preparation, changeout scheduling, confirmation and tracking of shipments, proactive communication to customers. Work closely with service team to coordinate service schedules with Changeout Technician team. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly detail-oriented. Able to manage complex and changing customer BOMs. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word required. Experience using Salesforce and Power BI preferred. Hands-on experience analyzing sales data, including up/down trends and customer reporting. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 3-6 years of inside sales/sales support experience in a customer-facing role. Experience managing customer accounts with dynamic and evolving product requirements. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., production, operations, or shop floor personnel) to support customer needs. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team performance. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk in a professional office environment Frequent use of a computer, headset, and telephone for outbound and inbound calls Repetitive hand and finger movements for typing and data entry Visual acuity to view computer screens, digital dashboards, and written materials Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, Salaried position Exempt This position is an office-based role (Monday-Friday with flexible arrival times; 8:00am-4:30pm).
