Furnace Operator
Our client, a leader in the heat treatment industry, is seeking a Furnace Operator to join their team. As a Furnace Operator, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour shift premium Shift: 3rd shift - 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM What's the Job?
Set up and operate heat treatment furnaces and machines Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specifications Engage in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities Meet production schedules and maintain excellent housekeeping standards Operate forklift and hand power tools as needed What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong desire to be an excellent team member Logical and disciplined approach to equipment operation Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally What's in it for me?
