Our technology teams are developing new financial capabilities to expand AutoNation Finance and strengthen customer relationships. We seek an experienced IT Operations Lead to provide system administration and operational support for AutoNation Finance leveraging a matrixed technology organization. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient resolution of operational IT requests. Organizational Relationships

Collaborate with business end users and stakeholders across departments. Interact with Operation teams: Application development, Security, DevOps, DBA, Infrastructure, PMO IT Leadership: Director and Senior Director positions in IT organization Job Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business and technology operations teams Administer SaaS applications for AutoNation Finance, coordinating with other operations teams. Provide operational support for technology solutions Drive and execute incident triage, troubleshooting and resolution across environments Escalate issues to appropriate technology resources and leadership Communicate technical issues and impact, and resolution progress to stakeholders Represent business impact during incident resolution Drive continuous improvement of operational stability and performance Drive critical fixes to maintain system stability Assess system operations performance and recommend improvements Develop technology operations policies and practices for AutoNation Finance Refine run books and operational procedures System rollout support Generate accurate technical and documentation of implemented software, applications, and runbook. Support application and infrastructure deployment (hyper care) Present when required a detailed overview of the solution approach to technical leadership or the business stakeholders as appropriate. Mentor junior team members in various operational tasks Perform other job-related functions as assigned. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in Technology support role Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT Service Management frameworks Strong leadership and organizational skills for matrix environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving ability in a fast paced environment Automotive Finance experience preferred Experience supporting: Microsoft Azure Cloud computing, Window desktop and server configurations, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VDI thin clients, Call center hardware and systems, (physical/soft phones, IVR), Networking systems The total base pay range for this role is $91,757.35
