As Executive Assistant to the CHRO, you will provide strategic administrative support to help drive efficiency, organization, and follow-through at the executive level. This position requires excellent judgment, the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Key responsibilities include: Manage the CHRO's complex calendar, including scheduling high-priority meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring time is aligned with business priorities. Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed travel itineraries. Attend select meetings to take thorough notes, capture key decisions and action items, and proactively follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion. Track and manage action items and deliverables stemming from meetings, communications, and initiatives to ensure progress and accountability. Support the CHRO by organizing key documents, keeping priorities visible, and maintaining momentum on strategic projects and deadlines. Handle sensitive personnel and business information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Prepare executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint and assist with compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data in Excel for business reporting. Help coordinate major HR programs, events, and internal communications in partnership with key stakeholders. Assist with light personal and administrative support as needed (e.g., reservations, expense reports, basic logistics). Seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes using modern tools and technologies. What You Bring

3+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally in a corporate environment supporting C-suite or senior HR leadership. Demonstrated experience managing calendars and coordinating travel logistics for senior executives. Strong ability to take clear, actionable meeting notes and ensure follow-through on commitments across cross-functional teams. High degree of discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel); familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, or other collaboration tools is a plus. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
