Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales initiatives. Consistently identify and implement innovative tactics to maximize revenue streams across all segments, ensuring financial target success. Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and corporate clients, creating valuable partnerships that align with our brand's ethos. Inspire, manage, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of proactive outreach, continuous improvement, and shared achievement. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts, leveraging insights to strategically adjust sales approaches and maintain Outbound Mammoth's competitive edge. Act as an ambassador (The Outbounder) by communicating our unique value proposition and the unforgettable experiences we offer for group bookings, events, and individual stays. Performance Analytics: Utilize comprehensive sales data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, forecast future demand, and make data-driven decisions that propel our growth. Work with the hotel's marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure unified strategies and exceptional guest experiences from initial contact through to departure. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Highly enthusiastic and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in sales systems
Delphi a plus! Familiarity with the local market.
