About being our Project Manager - Land Survey As our Project Manager - Land Survey, you will be responsible for staff management and project oversight across various areas, including: Transportation Design, Right of Way Engineering and Mapping, design surveys, construction, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation, and GPS Control Surveys. Responsibility Highlights for our Project Manager - Land Survey Provide project management, technical oversight, and strategic direction, while accomplishing the strategic marketing plan objectives and achieving performance and profitability targets Prepare scopes of work with associated fees and schedules, negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare presentations, proposals, respond to RFP's and RFQ's, and assist with recruiting, retention, and interviews Use your knowledge of land surveying/mapping to support the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants Provide mentorship and guidance to staff members, fostering their professional growth Cultivate and sustain industry client relationships within the Southern California market Minimum Qualifications to be our Project Manager - Land Survey Licensed Land Surveyor in California 5+ years of progressively responsible Land Survey & Mapping experience in transportation is a plus! 3+ years of experience in Project Management Proficient in industry standard software and management tools such as: AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Office, Teams Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements Benefits You Would Get as our Project Manager - Land Survey The expected range for this position is $150k - $175k/salary depending on experience.
