Location: North Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $60,000 - $125,000 Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid-week. As our Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us! What You'll Do: Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score Process monetary transactions What You'll Need: Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old.
