Finance Contact For Sales Organization
This role will be a key finance contact for the Sales organization supporting Medline's Supply Chain Solutions sales team. Continuing the partnership with sales
this role will deliver meaningful insights to key stakeholders through deal modeling, customer account analyses, and new signings reporting. Deal Modeling : own deal modeling for all acute affiliated deals coming through the pipeline. Deal modeling is a key process to allow stakeholders to make informed business decisions based on the terms of new deals
Financial Analyses : own customer account analyses for renewals and extension deals, validating volume assumptions vs realization, and assessing customer tiers based on actual spend
New Signings Reporting : ownership over the new signing dashboard
a key deliverable for business leaders to understand statuses of new signings for each class of trade within Medline
Sales Partnering : partner closely with sales team to understand pipeline opportunities and customer account reviews for our Prime Vendor customer base
Process Improvement : continuously assess areas of opportunity in current processes & workflows
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma
3+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills & attention to detail
Financial modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Commercial finance experience
SAP, Tableau, Alteryx or Fabric experience are a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,280.00 - $123,760.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
