Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing, and are used in hospitals, reference and research laboratories, and physician offices around the world. The Staff AI Data Analyst is responsible for the design, integration, and hands-on development of enterprise AI and automation solutions that enhance workflows across Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs (QRC). This role blends project management, solution design, and business analysis with technical implementation skills in automation, integration, and Generative AI. This position reports to the Senior Manager Innovation DBSL and AI and is part of the Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs (QRC) team located in Chaska/Brea and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive AI Innovation and Data Management Lead Projects and Solve Complex Problems Bridge Business and Technology Develop Automation and AI Tools Design and Implement Enterprise Solutions The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field with 9+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience. Strong project management, change management, requirements gathering, business case drafting and technical execution skills. Practical implementation experience with GenAI, RPA, NLP and other AI technologies. Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, SQL, or JavaScript to enable rapid prototyping, data manipulation, and integrations. Familiarity with API integration, scripting, and data workflows. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in the FDA-regulated diagnostics or medical device industry. Exposure to the Danaher Business System (DBS) or similar continuous improvement methodologies. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
