Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building within the Twin Cities market. Assess the financial needs of clients and recommend appropriate lending solutions. Review and analyze title report or survey to determine issues and any present or potential risk. Negotiate contracts in a way that is mutually beneficial for FIBT and the customer. Ensure customer understands conditions and terms of account. Review delinquent account records to determine appropriate action. Demonstrate a desire to successfully serve the customers needs while creating value for the customer and FIBT. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan process and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting commercial lending. Maintain an active list of potential new customers as well as a pipeline of new business activity.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; 3+ years experience in commercial lending or related related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proven business development skills with a track record of successfully originating new loans. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess financial statements and market conditions. Familiarity with the Twin Cities market and its economic landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
