As Principal Product Manager for Merchants & Payments, you will take a lead role in building scalable, impactful products at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, and retail. You'll collaborate with a broad network of stakeholdersfrom internal teams to banks, merchants, and healthcare partnersto develop and manage end-to-end payment solutions that serve real-world health needs. Define product requirements and success criteria for features such as funding sources, integrity protocols, new payment modalities, and expanded merchant types. Own the product roadmap and backlog; ensure timely delivery of features with high quality in collaboration with Engineering and cross-functional teams. Serve as subject matter expert in payments and merchant systems, managing stakeholder expectations, troubleshooting issues, and collecting customer feedback. Lead sprint planning and execution in Agile environments; set priorities and coordinate rollout activities including configuration, testing, analytics, and go-to-market readiness. Facilitate alignment across internal and external teams, ensuring smooth product launches and continuous optimization.
