The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Milieu Specialist Acuity Support to join our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). The Milieu Specialist Acuity Support ensures that clients receive professional services effectively and through a trauma-informed lens. This position is responsible for program development and implementation, coordination, and management of service delivery (education, cafe, recreation, therapeutic passes, outings, etc.), and assurance of program quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies. The QRTP Milieu Specialist Acuity Support is responsible for providing acuity-based support and carrying forward planning identified in previous shift. This position is a critical crisis de-escalation team member and responder and will provide CPI coaching and mentoring as indicated. The QRTP Milieu Specialist Acuity Support will assist with new hire Mental Health Technician onboarding and coaching for 2nd shift. This position will assist with outing coordination, evening activities and assist with difficult youth transportation as needed (hospital, JIC). Schedule: Friday - Monday, 11am - 9pm (In person work required) Shift Differential: Added to base rate when working the below hours 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $1.50/hr 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr Our benefits: Benefit effective date: First of the month following 30 days of employment. You have three years of relevant mental health experience. You must be eligible for a qualified mental health specialist (QMHS) certification. You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
