Looking to fill the position as soon as possible. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training so you can hit the ground running. Company Overview: Pest Hunters helps homeowners enjoy their yards by providing pest control, mosquito, flea, and tick treatments. We like to say that we are not in the mosquito business, we are in the loyalty business. Our focus is solely on forming positive relationships and providing support. We are passionate about creating a remarkable customer experience and want to work with hardworking individuals who will represent our company with enthusiasm and integrity. When not hunting pests, we hang holiday lights in the Fall. Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Responsibilities: Knock on doors and sell Pest Hunters' pest control, mosquito, flea, and tick services Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations Explain how our treatments work and address customer questions Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales Offer seasonal service packages that fit customer needs Handle objections and guide customers toward booking a service Attend sales training sessions and improve selling techniques Track daily interactions, leads, and sales progress Report results to the Sales Manager and strive to exceed sales targets Represent Mosquito Hunters professionally and maintain a positive attitude This is a great opportunity to gain valuable sales experience, work outdoors, and earn great money during the summer season! Qualifications: No prior experience is required, but it is highly recommended Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Enjoy working outdoors Be energetic, hardworking & reliable Possess excellent communication & customer service skills Excel in a position of independence & responsibility Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: Pest control Lawncare & Landscaping Outdoor Labor & home services Holiday Lighting Delivery service Customer Service Drivers Gig workers (Uber, Lyft, Postmates) Amazon warehouse Sales or retail Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour Mosquito Hunters takes pride in providing a foundation upon which driven and conscientious, budding professionals may develop their careers.
