RN Program Manager Value Analysis

This is a hybrid remote position - minimum of two onsite work days per week required. This position provides system-wide leadership (both acute and non-acute) to drive supply chain cost reduction across the system assuring achievement of the Supply Chain Strategic Initiative goals. This position directs and leads the overall strategy development and implementation of all clinical cost improvement plans for assigned service lines. Leads multi-disciplinary teams including physician value analysis teams to decrease product use variation and costs through the development of consensus supply utilization programs and initiatives. Responsible for clinical and related operational financial performance improvements and outcomes in the areas of Perioperative Services, Cardiology, Cardiac Cath/EP Lab, Women's and Infant Services, Interventional Radiology, and various procedural areas. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED- Required Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, or related field or equivalent experience- Required Certification & Licensures: Active unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license- Required Experience: Five years of substantial nursing experience in Medical/Surgical Operating Room, Cath lab, Respiratory, and/or Pediatrics depending upon the assigned service line- Required Here are some highlights about Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH): Largest healthcare system in northern Arizona: NAH is the largest healthcare system in the region, serving over 700,000 people in more than 50,000 square miles.
