This position starts now and ends 01/04/2026. Must be at least 18 years of age. Summary: Assist in supervising the performance of all aspects of customer service including friendly interaction, fulfilling needs for cleanliness and attention to detail, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining food quality and safety, preparing food, serving food, handling cash transactions, and meeting or exceeding financial goals for the area. Aboard the Showboat Branson Belle, you play a key role in keeping our guests happy while they enjoy their experience. You will work with team members from the galley, servers, and server assistants. The job will be responsible for running the back of house operation to ensure enough meals are prepared, items are stocked, and guest accommodations are met. Supervisory Responsibilities: Monitor, audit and coach that guests feel welcome and appreciated. Make financial decisions assigned to include ordering and inventory and all aspects of sales. Orientate, coach, and train staff. Ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining a positive work climate. Other duties may be assigned to assist the Foods teams. Greet guests and take guest product orders. Make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Maintain a themed environment. Handle cash, make change, and operate Point of Sale registers. Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards. Maintain a safe food environment and follow safety procedures. Suggestive selling. Implement shop closing and cleaning procedures. Complete all job responsibilities independently (self-supervising). Assist in supervising guest interaction to maintain assigned friendliness levels. Perform all Attention to Detail (ATD) duties including maintaining a clean work area. Balance registers. Maintaining positive, helpful relationships with teammates, across divisional lines, and with management. Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Communicate with our box office/ticket team to determine the quantity of food needed. Assist waitstaff with guest issues that pertain to food/dietary issues or seating issues. Certificates/Licenses: Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class. Education/Experience: High volume, fast-paced food experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory/management experience is preferred.
