Cath Lab In-Service Specialist
A national medical device company is seeking experienced Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology professionals to deliver in-servicing, education, and clinical support for vascular access devices across top hospitals and procedural centers in the Austin area. This is a flexible, field-based contractor roleideal for experienced clinicians looking to work independently while supporting innovation in vascular access and thrombus management. You'll coordinate directly with clinical teams and manage your own local schedule. Responsibilities
Provide on-site product education and in-servicing for catheter-based vascular devices Offer case support and procedural demonstrations as needed Assist with new account onboarding and staff training Serve as a local clinical point of contact for assigned facilities Track and report in-service activities and field insights Requirements
Required: Background in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or vascular access procedures Active certification/licensure (RN, RCIS, RT(R), CVT, or similar) Strong communication and teaching skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin metro Comfortable operating independently and organizing your own availability Preferred: Experience with clinical education, in-servicing, or medical device support Knowledge of DVT, PE, or catheter-directed thrombolysis Benefits
Competitive hourly pay: $50$75/hour Mileage reimbursement or daily stipend Part-time flexibility
