The hourly rate for this posi tion is: $23.10 - $36.90 Benefits: Except as other wise re quired by state law, CarMax Asso ci ates are en tit led to the fol low ing paid sick, vaca tion, and holi day time. Associ ates that are consid ered full-time hourly or com mis sion/incen tive eli gible: To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accumu lated on a per pay peri od basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vaca tion time after a 90 day wait ing peri od depend ing on years of con tin uous ser vice with the Com pany. For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid sched uled holi days per year plus 1 float ing holi day. If such an Asso ci ate does work on a sched uled holi day due to busi ness need, they are eli gible for Hol iday Pre mium Pay. Associ ates consid ered full-time sala ried are en tit led to paid time away with no speci fied limit as needed for sick, vaca tion, bereave ment, jury duty, holi days, float ing holi day, etc. sub ject to man ager app roval.
