We are looking for an experienced IT Operations System Administrator with expertise in Endpoint, Systems, and Network Administration. This individual will serve as the point of escalation for resolving complex end-user support issues. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT infrastructure, which impacts all areas of the business. It also provides an opportunity for the individual to showcase their skills across multiple IT functions. As a trusted member of the Information Technology Team, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive operational excellence, improve the end user experience to ensure maximum system uptime. Endpoint Management: Oversee endpoint devices' deployment, configuration, and management. Ensure security, updates, and compliance with company policies. Systems Administration: Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments; perform updates, backups, and troubleshooting for optimal performance. Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor performance and security, resolve issues. Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies; conduct assessments and audits to mitigate risks. Team Leadership: Mentor IT staff, support professional growth, and collaborate with other departments for IT solutions. Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and objectives met; coordinate with vendors and providers. End User Support: Point of escalation for Tier III and above support issues What You Bring
A track record of driving profitability improvements within a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant industry experience (required). Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on Endpoint, Systems, and Network Management. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products and Enterprise Business Software (required); Experience with Cisco, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto, VMWare, and Advance Security Tools. (preferred).
