As a Management Analyst, you will provide management analyst support services for the Army Futures Command (AFC) Communications Directorate. Responsibilities include serving as an analyst and advisor on the evaluation and effectiveness of directorate programs and operations, coordinating personnel management, assisting with budgetary and financial tracking, supporting knowledge management activities, and ensuring administrative and operational procedures support AFC's mission. The contractor plans and coordinates procedures for operational and administrative functions, analyzes communication practices, and provides technical support on personnel matters to facilitate efficient operations for AFC leadership and personnel.

AFC HQ operates multiple locations within Austin, TX, and Round Rock, TX, with subordinate units across the continental United States. The Management Analyst must be capable of coordinating activities across these locations and ensuring compliance with Army policies, security requirements, and AFC operational priorities.

Additionally, the Management Analyst shall support AFC in program analysis, personnel coordination, budget and financial assistance, and knowledge management to promote effective communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. This includes assisting in the development of detailed plans, managing administrative coordination, and ensuring all requirements are met.

Requirements

Qualifications: Current Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Discipline in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in program analysis, operations management, or administrative support. Experience working with military (DoD), government, industry, community, and academic engagement. Must have knowledge of DoD regulations, policies, and budget constraints. Ability to manage high-priority tasks, meet deadlines, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint and relevant management software is preferred. Familiarity with DoD Protocol, security requirements, and personnel policies.
