Coordinate patient care needs with internal and external services while ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Deliver Direct Patient Care - Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance - Create an environment that ensures high-quality care (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual) while promoting patient independence and dignity. Establish effective communication with all patients.
