Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals. Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to evaluate the patient appropriately. Schedule:Monday - Thursday: (3 shift options - 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:30 AM, 7:00 PM)Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM#INDRequirements Licensed or license-eligible PT (DPT) Recent or upcoming graduate (Class of 2024/2025 encouraged to apply) Strong communication and patient rapport skills Excited to be mentored and collaborate with a like-minded team Eager to grow your skills in outpatient orthopedics, sports, or neuro-rehab Benefits Salary: $90,000-$125,000/year (based on experience, certifications, and performance) Bonus Structure: Quarterly performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays Continuing Education: CEU reimbursement + in-house training (No cap) Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Match after first year Student Loan Assistance and flexible repayment plans are available
