POSITION - CNC Operator
JOB LOCATION - Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE - Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st Shift | 7:00am to 3:30pm
STARTING PAY - $18 to $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Prior CNC experience required
As a CNC Operator, you'll play a critical role in a growing company with advancement opportunities. This is a physical, hands-on position that requires you to be on your feet throughout the day. You'll be responsible for operating CNC machines, inspecting parts, and using measurement tools to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to inspect parts
- Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed for quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Prior CNC machine operation experience is required
- Proficient with precision measurement tools
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team
