What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients with a warm, positive attitude and help them feel at ease.
- Work alongside our orthodontists during bonding, wire changes, debonding, adjustments, impressions, and digital scans (iTero).
- Take patient records, photos, and X-rays with accuracy and care.
- Keep our instruments and work areas sparkling clean and fully compliant with OSHA/infection control standards.
- Explain treatment steps and post-care instructions so patients feel informed and confident.
- Help keep the schedule on track and the day running smoothly.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a love for working with people.
- Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but we'll train the right rockstar!).
- Current CPR and radiology certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Great attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A supportive, upbeat team that feels more like family.
