* Engage prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest
* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper assessments
* Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
* Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions from scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
Qualifications for Success

Compensation Structure
