We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Enrollment Specialist to join our Enrollment Department. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting accurate and efficient insurance enrollment by processing incoming data feeds, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to a seamless experience for clients and policyholders alike.
Your Impact
- Be able to process incoming file feeds from insurance carriers containing employee data. Review each file for completeness; identify discrepancies or missing information and take action to resolve. Verify insured data using internal systems and/or by contacting carriers via phone or email. Format and code data based on coverage type (e.g., product availability) including scrub and maintain clean, accurate data sets across in-house systems.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, internal teams (Client Services, Call Center, IT), and carriers regarding file issues, drops/terminations, and feed failures. Assist in generating and distributing member correspondence (e.g., continuation notices) in accordance with client timelines (3-5 day turnaround).
- Proficient with creating mail merge documents, the use of macros and notices for insured policyholders. Backup for preparing monthly reports for Outsourcing and Military Markets business lines. Log and track file activity for audit and reporting purposes. Convert and format client data as needed to support timely member communications.
- Support time-sensitive processing of individual life insurance policyholder data in compliance with carrier service standards. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth enrollment operations and high data integrity. Maintain awareness of internal quality standards and prioritize tasks accordingly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with teammates.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities. Strong organizational skills; able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communicator-both written and verbal. Team-oriented and collaborative. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (mail merge experience strongly preferred). Ability to operate a computer for extended periods including sitting for prolonged periods.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years' experience with office systems and data management
- 5 years administrative or operational experience preferred
