PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To support and maintain Information Technology systems used at BBAHC.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge of Internet technologies and applications
- Experience working with PC hardware.
- Experience installing and updating MS Windows, Anti-Virus, and standard business applications.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good typing skills and ability to produce statistical reports.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interest in travel to install and maintain village based equipment.
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Capable of lifting 40 pounds of equipment
- Proven ability to learn and master new skills.
- Must successfully pass the Alaska Barrier Crimes Act background check.
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft certifications such as MCP and MCSA
- Cisco certifications (CCNA o CCDA)
- Experience working with video conferencing.
- Experience working with PBX systems.
- Experience working with printers, faxes, and copiers.
