Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, as well as basic math skills.

nResponsibilities
nAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments.
nManage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM.
nGreet visitors and assist with office support needs.
nDeliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.
nComplete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.
nReview and update pricing on all sales to ensure accuracy and consistency.
nRequirements
nNo degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with office experience.
nProficient in Microsoft Office.
nExcellent phone etiquette.
nStrong personal organizational skills.
nStrong work ethic.
nStrong verbal and written communication skills.
