nResponsibilities:

- Conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Investigations following ASTM Standards n
- Multi-media sampling (soil, soil vapor, groundwater, indoor air, methane, surface water, sediment, etc.) n
- Lithological logging and boring log preparation n
- Report writing and preparation of supporting documentation n
- Preparation of Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System Conceptual and Detailed designs under the supervision of a California Registered Professional Engineer. n
- Potential for long field days and work at job sites throughout Northern California may be required with this position n
- Proposal and budget preparation and management n
- Project management of small to mid-scale projects and provide support on larger projects n
- A mixture of office and field work is expected, with an emphasis on office work n
- Communicate project status, schedules and compliance issues with clients, third parties, and regulatory agencies n
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related field required n
- Minimum of 4 years of related environmental experience required n
- Microsoft Office and computer programs (AutoCAD, Surfer, and/or ArcGIS ), field equipment experience n
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER training n
- Professional certification (PE/PG) n
- Knowledge on remediation systems and vapor intrusion mitigation systems n
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing required n
