What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $16.75/hr with additional shift differentials - $1.00 extra per hour for shifts between 6 PM-6 AM, and/or $1.50 extra per hour on weekends.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to customer accounts.
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions for identified fraud cases using thorough training and resources.
  • Analyze potential fraud and suspicious activity through careful monitoring of alerts and reports.
  • Process disputes and fraud claims according to client guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further analysis.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in our database.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with legal standards.
  • Communicate empathetically while ensuring adherence to all regulations.
  • Assist with team operations during high demand or staff absences to ensure service continuity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Effective communicator who can simplify complex information.
  • Dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service enthusiast skilled in navigating multiple systems while guiding customers to solutions.
  • Prepared to commit to full attendance during our three-to-five-week paid training period.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles.
  • Pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Must be able to work onsite at our San Antonio office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in the banking or financial sector.
