nWe are looking to add an organized and reliable Customer Service Representative at Metro Park Warehouses. A Customer Service Representative at Metro Park will have excellent service standards and respond efficiently to customer inquiries.
nPay: $18 - $20 per hour
nDuties and Responsibilities
n• Create check requests for carrier payments
n• Book appointments and schedule meetings
n• Provide rate confirmations as needed
n• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
n• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
n• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer orders, requests, and calls received
n• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
n• Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed
n• Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases
n• Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval of information
n• Complete invoice audits and maintain accurate records of customer orders
n• Must be able to work under moderate supervision in an informal team-oriented atmosphere that is frequently fast-paced and high pressure
n• Ability to move files in boxes weighing up to 25lbs for filing purposes
n• Occasional travel may be required
Experience
n• At least 1 year experience in customer service
