We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. Lakeland Marketing is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the day-to-day efficiency of our office operations while supporting our sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for administrative tasks • Maintain digital files, shared drives, and internal records • Handle general office organization, supplies, and vendor communication • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally • Accurately enter and track orders via distributor systems • Assist in posting and managing company content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Coordinate marketing materials using Canva or other tools • Support monthly newsletters or product spotlights • Coordinate product demos and distributor events alongside sales reps Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Office 365 Proficiency : Strong experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment • Effective communicator – written, phone, and in-person • Comfortable with learning new platforms (e.g., CRM tools, distributor portals) • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated • 2+ years in an office administrator or coordinator role • Experience supporting a field sales team or working in a foodservice/CPG environment • Working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, or Constant Contact • Familiarity with order entry systems or ERP platforms • Interest in the food and culinary industry is a plus Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
