nWhat you'll be doing
nThe Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, customization, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (primarily Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations modules). This role works closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other IT team members to deliver robust CRM and ERP solutions that support key business processes.

- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business requirements n
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform, JavaScript, .NET, and third-party tools n
- Integrate D365 with other enterprise applications and systems using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services n
- Provide technical leadership in Dynamics 365 initiatives, including upgrades and new module implementations n
- Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications n
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and user guides n
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 product updates and industry trends n
- Support data migration and transformation efforts during system implementation n
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices n
What skills and experience you'll bring to us

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field n
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, or Power Platform n
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies and Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint) n
- Previous involvement in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementation n
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration n
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript n
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) n
- Understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integration n
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and CDS n
- SQL Server and database management experience n
