nPay: $2 5–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
nWe are looking for an experienced Advanced Painter to join the Paint Department. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in high-quality industrial or automotive painting, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. You'll play a key part in delivering top-tier painted finishes on various components in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming as needed

  Apply paint using HVLP or conventional spray equipment

  n

• n

  Mix and match paint colors per specifications

  n
n
• n

  Inspect finished work for quality, finish consistency, and coverage

  n

• n

  Perform touch-ups and rework as necessary

  n

• n

  Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area

  n
n
• n

  Follow all safety and environmental regulations

  n
n
• n

  Work closely with team leads and quality control to ensure standards are met

  n
n

Qualifications:

• n

  Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting

  n

• n

  Proficient with HVLP spray guns and paint mixing systems

  n
n
• n

  Ability to read and interpret paint specs, work orders, and technical drawings

  n

• n

  Strong attention to detail and quality

  n
n
• n

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• n

  Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
