Join Our Team as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician!

We are excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to join Med-Trans in Parker, AZ. If you are passionate about aviation and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

  • Competitive Starting Salary: $73,365 - $107,002 annually (including 17% geo modifier)
  • IA Stipend: $2,080
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

As an AMT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and safety of our fleet, specifically supporting the Airbus EC130 airframe. Your work is crucial in providing high-quality transportation services to patients in need.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing mechanical inspections, repairs, and providing regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
  • Managing inventory checks and maintaining equipment tracking logs.
  • Documenting service paperwork and FAA information in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Facilitating effective communication between departments, vendors, and team members.
  • Collaborating professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow AMTs and the operations team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with EC130 maintenance.
  • Three years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with at least six months during the last 24 months.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Valid State-issued Driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with EMS systems and aircraft maintenance support and planning.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
  • Compliance with FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
  • Able to push/pull 100+ lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
  • Experience under CFR Part 135.
  • Autopilot maintenance expertise.
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience.
