- Competitive Starting Salary: $73,365 - $107,002 annually (including 17% geo modifier)
- IA Stipend: $2,080
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
As an AMT, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and safety of our fleet, specifically supporting the Airbus EC130 airframe. Your work is crucial in providing high-quality transportation services to patients in need.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Performing mechanical inspections, repairs, and providing regular status updates to the Lead Technician.
- Managing inventory checks and maintaining equipment tracking logs.
- Documenting service paperwork and FAA information in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
- Facilitating effective communication between departments, vendors, and team members.
- Collaborating professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow AMTs and the operations team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with EC130 maintenance.
- Three years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience, with at least six months during the last 24 months.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Valid State-issued Driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Experience with EMS systems and aircraft maintenance support and planning.
- Flexibility to work overtime and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Compliance with FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Able to push/pull 100+ lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAA Inspection Authorization Certification.
- Experience under CFR Part 135.
- Autopilot maintenance expertise.
- Avionics and electrical repair experience.
