Responsibilities: • Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area for a welcoming atmosphere • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $12 hourly
