We seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (PE) who blends technical rigor with creative problem-solving to power smarter, more sustainable buildings. This is a leadership-track opportunity for an engineer ready to guide electrical design across commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects—contributing to impactful environments and mentoring rising talent.
Whether you're designing for new construction or renovation, you'll bring clarity to complexity—leading power and lighting systems design, collaborating cross-functionally, and elevating every stage of project execution.
nnWhat You'll Do
nElectrical Systems Design

- Design power distribution, lighting, and control systems for a variety of project types. n
- Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and photometric studies. n
- Develop coordinated, code-compliant construction documents and specifications. n
Project Delivery

- Lead design efforts from schematic through construction administration. n
- Resolve field issues during site visits and contractor coordination. n
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations with confidence. n
Collaboration + Mentorship

- Collaborate with architects, MEP disciplines, vendors, and AHJs to ensure alignment. n
- Mentor junior designers and EITs, conducting QA/QC reviews to uphold quality standards. n
- Communicate clearly with clients and project teams to articulate design rationale and project goals. n
What You Bring
n- n
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. n
- n
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. jurisdiction.
n n - n
10-15 years of experience in building systems design (institutional, commercial, or retail )
n n - n
Strong understanding of the Electrical Code and other industry standards.

Proven experience producing coordinated construction documentation and engineering calculations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; comfort with multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Experience developing construction documentation, electrical system modeling, and engineering calculations

Bonus Points for

Revit proficiency or experience designing in BIM environments.

Familiarity with SKM or other power analysis tools.

Exposure to low-voltage systems including fire alarm, data/telecom, and security infrastructure.
