Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior FPGA Designer with 5+ years of expertise in Xilinx FPGA development and HDL architecture . This role focuses on vision-based motion analysis and machine learning applications , leveraging Xilinx high-performance FPGA architectures for real-time image processing . The ideal candidate should have experience in CMOS image sensor integration, real-time vision pipelines, and high-speed data interfaces , along with strong HDL coding and multi-clock domain designs .

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface CMOS image sensors with Xilinx FPGAs for real-time image capture and processing.
  • Architect and implement FPGA-based vision processing pipelines for real-time imaging applications .
  • Develop custom hardware accelerators for vision processing , including image enhancement, and feature extraction .
  • Collaborate with embedded software, and hardware teams to deploy FPGA-based vision and machine learning applications .
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in FPGA-based machine learning & vision processing .

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • BSEE or equivalent, plus 5+ years of hands-on FPGA design experience , preferably specializing in Xilinx FPGAs.
  • Expertise in HDL programming (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) .
  • Experience with multiple clock domains and CDC techniques.
  • Experience with high-speed interfaces (DDR4/5, Ethernet, etc.) .
  • Experience debugging with FPGA internal logic analyzers (Chipscope, ILA ).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiencewith Xilinx DPU (Deep Learning Processing Unit) or other neural network processing engines, and AI inference frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.) .
  • Understanding of ML vision models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and FPGA-based ML acceleration .
  • Experience with CMOS image sensor interfaces , such as MIPI CSI-2, SLVS-EC, LVDS, sub-LVDS, GigE Vision .
