As a
Customer Account Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting small to mid-sized customer accounts by coordinating the production and delivery of printed materials that inform, inspire, and entertain.
What You'll Do
Accurately enter and update customer orders in our manufacturing and fulfillment systems Monitor production schedules and proactively share updates with customers Track due dates, manage schedules, and follow up on order components Assemble billing documentation and maintain job logs for accuracy Communicate with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project flow Collaborate with peers and leadership to support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery What You'll Bring
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 0-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or production coordination Familiarity with business software and communication tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and apply processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A team-first mindset and professional, positive communication style Discover What Makes Harrisonburg Special
