This is a unique opportunity to help build the future of financial access and equity from the ground up. What You’ll Do Build foundational ML models and APIs that drive credit decisions for next-gen fintech products Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: research, experimentation, data labeling, training, deployment, and iteration Collaborate with a world-class technical team passionate about financial inclusion and impact What We’re Looking For Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn and XGBoost Full-stack ML mindset, from prototyping to production deployment Bonus: familiarity with AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, or MLOps tools Compensation Competitive base: $150 – $250K Generous equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company Seniority level
