- Excellent communication skills - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is a bonus - Proficient in data entry and computer systems - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role.
